Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-in starts from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may attract additional charges.
Guest Identification & Registration
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Local ID policies will apply as per hotel and government regulations.
Occupancy & Extra Guests
Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Any additional guests or extra beds must be declared in advance and may be subject to extra charges.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm reservations. Cancellation and modification policies vary by booking plan and platform and should be reviewed at the time of booking.
Smoking & Property Care
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor areas. Guests are requested to maintain the property responsibly, and any damage to hotel assets may be chargeable.
Quiet Hours & Guest Conduct
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed during late night hours. Disruptive behavior, loud music, or activities disturbing other guests are not permitted.
